What are you going to do?
As the regular/senior software engineer, you will be working on the back end of our chatbot platform. You bring not only your
knowledge, but also your values and drive to be a true member of our high-performing team. You put action into words and words
into action.
In addition to working on the API (used by our client front-end applications and their customers), your activities will include keeping our on-prem and cloud environments running effectively, as well as keeping our SDKs for Android and iOS useful.
Our development teams work on a relatively flat hierarchy. We are all here because we enjoy what we do, and we want to make great products for our clients! This is something that you are able (and encouraged) to shape. The team is informal and fun (also one of the company’s core values), and wearing headphones is not the universal “I’m busy, don’t talk to me” signal that you may have experienced in previous jobs or teams. What do you need to get this position?
- 3+ years of experience in Python/Django Backend Development
- Fluent in English and Polish with great communication skills
- Experience with multi-lingual SaaS or weblications
- Elasticsearch
- RabittMQ
- PostgreSQL
- One of the following skills:
Practical knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure/Terra Form NLP/machine learning – related to chatbot solutions
